Reunion Giving

Reunions offer a special time for classes to return to Wells, renew friendships and reconnect with the college.

Many alumnae make significant gifts during their Reunion year to celebrate what their Wells education has done for them and to join with classmates in presenting a class gift to the college.

If you are celebrating a Reunion this year, we ask you to consider making an increased gift to the Annual Fund in honor of your Reunion. Gifts made during your Reunion year will count toward your class total, and you will have the satisfaction in knowing your giving, combined with that of your classmates, makes a lasting impact on future generations of Wells students.

At Wells, special attention is given to the 25th and 50th Class Reunions. Members of classes celebrating these milestone Reunions have the opportunity to support both the Annual Fund and a special Reunion Project Fund. Project Funds are typically the result of multi-year fundraising efforts by classes in preparation for their 25th or 50th Class Reunion. At Reunion, members of the 25th and 50th Reunion Classes present to the college their gifts to the Annual Fund and to their Class Project Fund.

Classes celebrating 40th Reunions often elect to incorporate a planned giving focus into their class fundraising efforts.
